1. What we do
We provide website design, virtual assistance, admin support, social media marketing and management, and other work we agree with you in writing. The scope, timescale and fee will be confirmed before we start.
2. Booking
A project starts when you confirm in writing and, where asked, pay any deposit. Discounted or portfolio rates only apply if weâve agreed them first.
3. What we need from you
Please send content, photos, logins and decisions when we ask, and check you have the right to use anything you give us. Delays on your side may delay the work.
4. Fees and payment
- Fees are agreed before work begins
- Website projects may need a deposit
- The balance is usually due on completion, before handover or going live
- Ongoing work may be billed weekly or monthly
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless we agree another date
We may pause work if payment is late.
5. Revisions
Website packages include a reasonable number of revisions, as agreed at the start. Extra changes outside that scope may be charged.
6. Websites
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information. After handover, updates, hosting and domain renewals are yours unless you have a care plan with us. Third-party tools have their own terms.
7. VA, admin and social media
We carry out the tasks agreed. You remain responsible for your business decisions and published content. We wonât post publicly without your approval, unless youâve asked us to manage this on an ongoing basis.
8. Ownership
You keep your own logos, photos and text. After full payment, you can use the finished work for your business. Until then, we keep rights in the work weâve created. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel in writing. Work already done, and any agreed deposit, may still be charged. We may cancel if we cannot complete the work, information isnât provided, or payment isnât made.
10. Liability
Weâll do the work with reasonable care and skill. Weâre not responsible for loss of profit or problems caused by third-party hosting, domains or software. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. This doesnât affect rights that canât legally be limited.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Notice.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
