What we collect
Only what we need to reply to you and do the work, such as:
- Your name, email and phone number
- Your business name and enquiry details
- Messages sent by website form, email, phone or social media
- Information from a Facebook or Instagram form, if you submit one
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and send quotes
- To provide website, VA, admin and marketing services
- To send invoices and project updates
- To keep records we legally need to keep
We do not sell your information.
Why we’re allowed to use it
- Contract — to do work you’ve asked for
- Legitimate interests — to reply to enquiries and run the business
- Consent — if you’ve asked us to contact you
- Legal obligation — for invoices and tax records
Who we share it with
Only trusted tools we need to run the business, such as website hosting, email/form delivery, Google, and Facebook/Meta if you contact us there. They should only use your information to provide that service.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: usually up to 12 months if we don’t start work
- Client records and invoices: typically 6 years for tax and legal reasons
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to send you a copy. Email [email protected].
You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies so it can work. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
Marketing
We won’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked us to, or it’s a reasonable follow-up to an enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
